Explore your choices, add the items to the cart, enter the full shipping address, proceed to check-out, and pay by debit/credit card, then wait for the shipment to arrive within 2-5 days or as otherwise communicated.

Luksus Mart offers free express shipping for all orders irrespective of the location of the customer and the weight of the consignment.

However for return orders the shipping charges are applied to customer only.

All luxury products are shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe (Italy, Germany, Sweden) and the US (Florida, Minnesota). 

The Luksus Mart uses the services of UPS, DHL, and FedEx for all shipping purposes. The average shipping times across the world are 2-5 days except for the UK where the shipment time is 5-7 days.

Since products are sourced from US and EU can we buy from Middle East, Africa, India, China, Australia, New Zealand and other countries?

Yes, Luksus Mart ships products worldwide via UPS, DHL and FedEx. However custom taxes if any are borne by buyer only. 

What if i did not like the product or the size did not match?

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer soft 07 days return policy for all luxury items, beginning from the day the package was received by the respected customer. However, this cost of shipment shall be borne by the customer only and needs to be shipped back with an active tracking number with the help of services from UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.

Note: The return within 07 days is accepted only when the items are shipped in their original forms. The damaged or tempered products shall be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

What if wrong item was delivered?

In case the wrong item was delivered the customer needs to email the pics to the customer care at Luksus Mart, which can be reached at contact@luksusmart.com and What’s app; +1(302)586-1011. In this case, the cost of return shipment for defective/wrong will be borne by Luksus Mart.
