Refunds and Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy counted from the day the package was delivered to the customer from our partner warehouses in the Europe and US. Returns that are shipped back after the 7-day policy will not be accepted but rejected.

The cost of return shipment will always have to be paid by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number on the same warehouse address from which it was received. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. The local postal service is not accepted, due to their long delivery times.ย 

All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent.

Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer and shall be deducted from the original amount. Any agreed refunds will then be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.

For wrongly-shipped items, the customer must contact LuksusMart by email at contact@luksusmart.com within 07 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, LuksusMart will provide a return label to you to have the wrong item shipped back to our partner warehouse/s.ย
