Terms of Service
The website, Luksus Mart provides buyers with access to luxury items from our partner warehouses in the Europe and US. All items are shipped directly to the customer from the EU/US warehouses. We guarantee the genuineness of the products.
Account Registration
In consideration of your use of the website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Delaware, the United States, or other applicable jurisdictions. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the website’s registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete), or Luksus Mart has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Luksus Mart has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website (or any portion thereof). If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify Luksus Mart immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Luksus Mart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.
Refunds and Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy counted from the day the package was delivered to the customer. Returns that are shipped back after the 7-day policy will not be accepted but rejected.
The cost of return shipment will always have to be paid by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number on the same warehouse address from which it was received. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. The local postal service is not accepted, due to their long delivery times.
All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer and shall be deducted from the original amount. Any agreed refunds will then be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.
